Explorer XS The Minelab Explorer XS detector was released in December 1999 and is no longer in production. The Explorer XS was a coin and relic detector utilising FBS technology. I tried several programs including all metal with the tones, nail reject, ferrous, constant, conductive. Audio 1, 2 & 3 sounded crazy.
